Admission Procedures
|
First consideration is given to those students who already have siblings registered in the school.
Second consideration is given to students who apply from schools who offer similar academic programmes or follow a similar academic syllabus.
Third consideration is given to students with the most academic ability keeping in mind space availability and the date when the application was first processed.

Application:
All student applicants must submit the following documents:
1. Application form to be obtained from the admission office.
2. Completed application for admissions signed by parent or guardian with attached current/last grade report or transcript.
3. Entry testing:

The admission office will set an appointment for testing

Personal interview with both of the applicant’s parents

Acceptance letter signed by the Superintendent approves the grades placement of the applicant

Grade transcript for all past years from the applicant’s previous schools, on applicant’s academic performance and achievements must be with the application.
Following documents should be submitted to the Student's affairs office in order to complete the application process:

A completed application form

Academic records/reports for the past three years
-
Original Birth Certificate - computer generated (Egyptian Students)

Attendance statement from previous school(s)

Photocopy of passport with residency visa stamp (Non-Egyptian Students only)

Six recent passport sized photographs
-
Copies of Parents' ID documents.

School transfer papers stamped by the Ministry of Education
-
Attendance statement from previous school stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (if transferring from abroad)
Please note that these documents are all required in order for the application process to commence. Upon admission, the documentation needed will vary, depending on the Section of admission.
